Lavar was a great Redskin during some bad years. I will always be grateful for what He brought to are team the first 4 yrs he was here.
It's really pretty sad to see such a promising career get derailed so suddenly.
I only wish Arrington the best.

He said he gave the Skins' playbook to the Giants staff, and I think some other stuff. Then Dale Lindsey and Shawn Springs said how it wouldn't matter because he didn't know the playbook anyways.

How is Lavar a dirtbag? While he has badmouthed us and went out of his way to go to a team that I hate, I can't say that I blame him for going to the Giants. They are a good team.
