yes, it does.. and the only reason women tell you it doesn't is because they don't want to hurt your feelings.. Some settle because the little man might have other qualities that they like, but don't ever think it doesn't matter.

uhhhhhhhhhhh remember tightness helps too and if you know what to do you can make her ignore about 2 or 3 inches
