Damn, this is not good. Now we are going to really hurt after this one. Injuries are not an excuse, but damn can we get a little luck on our side. These keep stacking up every week. And dammit I'm sick of it. Yes I'm definatley giving Gibbs a pass. The guy has done a good job this year, and I want him around next year so we can continue to build our team around the coaching staff that is in place.

In the NFL players are just inches from getting injured in every game. Like a lineman who just picked up his foot as some one falls against their leg. It happens and its just been a run of bad luck for us this year.

If we make it to the playoffs, that would a great accomplishment by Joe Gibbs and his staff for persevering against the odds.
Sean Taylor just sent me a private message on MYSPACE since we are tight like that. Actually he just posted it to his bulletin but here's what it says.

"As most of you all know i have a grade 2 knee sprain which hurts like hell when i walk but the most disappointing news i mabey out for the cowboys game and the bucs game depending on how well i get and the aproval of my doctors so just to let you all know i may not be playing for two weeks."

I think the grammar and spelling proves beyond doubt that this is really from Sean.
No way! Are you for real? "mabey"? Wow. Poor Sean. Get well soon, your alternatives to football don't look very promising.

I know this is off topic, and I should know the answer, but how much longer do we have Taylor under contract?
