he stutters during his little "pump up" speeches, is quiet, and im pretty sure everyone is laughing at him on the inside. the cowboys probably make him do it for pure entertainment. because i laughed when fox showed one. hes a tool. |

personally, i cant think of any game that would actually be worth watching. i think the NFL should just name players to the "pro-bowl" and then leave it at that.
Been saying this for years, give them money and awards. Just don't play the game, i'd rather see a skills competition to be honest. |
Guys the PB is for enternainment only and not a hard hitting game. These guys have millions on the line and they are not going to take anymore of a risk then they already do to play in the PB. I said back when ST was picked to play in the PB that was a mistake because he only knew how to play at one level and then he snot knocked the punter. If they changed the rules back I think we would then start to see teams and coaches not allowing a player to play. Just take it for what it is and enjoy.
Yep. It is what it is. There's really not even any pride involved anymore. With free agency you might be playing in the other conference the next year. It's more a reward for the players and more money and exposure for the league anyway. |
Re: Fletcher appreciation (named to Pro Bowl!)
I've heard a pretty good idea on Football Today about having a rookies vs. sophomores game as part of the Pro Bowl "festivities". Also heard an idea of having NFL rookies vs. college football players who are entering the draft (kinda like a Senior Bowl type of game) to see if they college players are ready to play ball at the pro level (I actually like this idea).
Regardless of what happens, the game needs to be moved to after the Super Bowl and back in Hawaii.
Sounds like another appointment with Dr. Andrews if Bradford played in that game. |

I have the feeling Bradford will be visiting Dr. Andrews sometime in the first two years of his pro career, especially if he lands in a team with a bad offensive line. |

Which would be US if we waste the #4 pick on him when we could've had Okung or another franchise lineman for the next decade. |
