Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
How I look at it, Matthieu worst case in the nfl is just a good returner if he doesn't pan out as a NB

He won't be drafted in the 4th round. I'm willing to put down money on that. |
Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
id take a shot in the later rounds..see him at SS and returning kicks.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
Tyran doesn't have the weight/muscle to play SS...but hey we'll see.

This is not madden it does not work out more often than it does. Tyran can be a great nickel corner in zone since we should start playing more zone. Problem is we still need other corners that can play well on the outside to allow him to play well as a nickel corner. Still 5th or 6th round pick? Definitely worth taking a chance on. As far as punt returns, id rather have Tavon Austin if he is there at the second round I would take him. Unless of course Matt Elam is available. Kasheem Greene from Rutgers has put together a very solid year for Rutgers. Possible 3rd or 4th round pick (he might get picked before that). 6'1 230 and has a good frame to put some weight. A lot of the players on the bleacher report article won't be available when we pick... |

I think our bigger need is at FS though. |

20 bucks that he doesnt make it round 5? Friendly bet. |
Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
I would take Honey Badger in the 5th round. He could be dominant in the slot. Where he can Rover, blitz, and play the run.

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
He is high on talent, so I don't think he drops that far. Polamalu is only 5'10, don't care about his size so much. It's whether or not he needs a full time psychologist?

Tough break for the kid. Tore ACLs in both knees in consecutive years. If healthy, he could be a great pickup in the later rounds. |
Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
6th round is where I would draft Marcus not any higher. Feel bad for him though never will be close to the player he was or could have been

Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
2nd: David Amerson CB
3rd: Ricky Wagner RT 4th: Rashard Hall FS 5th: Malliciah Goodman DE 5th: Christian Michael RB 6th: Collin Klein (depending on the OC i.e. if we're still running a lot of zone-read stuff) 7th: Trevardo Williams (conversion player from DE to LB outstanding trait:speed) |
Re: 2013 NFL Draft Prospects
I want nothing to do with Marcus Lattimore. I thought he was good when healthy, but not amazing like these scouts hyped him up to be. Now after losing both knees..no thanks.
Heres a name for you all DJ Swearinger FS south carolina...dude is linked to us in a few mocks already.. |
