It's one of the things I appreciate most about what Shanahan has brought to the team. We don't have superstars necessarily (Tana is still our most talented receiver) but it's a quality all around group and so much different than the Cerrato and even Gibbs eras where it was Tana, Cooley and a Turd Ferguson or two most years.

LOL the comment on Tyler P :laughing-
Indeed, we could do much better...
Not true. The read option includes designed QB runs, with blocking assignments, etc. Scrambling is an unplanned run. Therefore the read option and scrambling are two different things.
You're not the average fan

I'd like to think the average fan isn't a moron.

However I do think the morons out there tend to be the most vocal on the radio, on social media, etc.

Not surprised. I wish we had gotten him, but there would have been uproar if we picked him in the 2nd. And I'm very happy with Rambo and Thomas (well, intrigued more than happy).
I see your James Thrash and raise you Albert Connell.

For the win.
Connell was pretty darn good with some nice speed. I'd take him and Thrash right now. We would have a scoring potent offense for sure.
"Last week, Orakpo unleashed a wicked spin move against Pro Bowl left tackle Trent Williams, who acknowledged Orakpo is a chore to block. Head coach Mike Shanahan has noticed."

Thats the first time Ive read Orakpo and spin move in the same sentence. If he adds another move, that could be pretty big. All he normally had in the past was a speed rush and bull rush. Not saying DPOY big, but he doesnt have to be that to have a successful season.
Seriously. Just add a few more moves bro and you're golden!
