Probably, he can't cover TE's all that well, and he's not staying in his lane for the runs. All he wants to do or is capable of doing is rushing the QB which he really is not getting done. Haslett better figure this thing out or its going to be a looooooong season. |

Who's going to give us anything for him? He's value is very low. |

I haven't been impressed with him or Kerrigan. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
Ok, we're not going 0-16. That I can guarantee. But we are looking awful. It shows you the NFL has adjusted to our offense from last year. Today RG3 looked like what he used to last year in terms of athletically. Decision making wise, he looks stupid. Fumbling on a slide because he can't slide and throwing a pick running out of bounds. Those are plays made by Sanchez.
I also see the injury bug is starting to come back. Jordan Reed--the closest thing to a bright spot just got hurt. Rambo supposedly got hurt but I didn't see what happened. Orakpo got hurt but came back in. Ill finish talking about this pile of crap later. I got better things to do. |

If I'm not mistaken most if not all the sacks have come from Kerrigan. Oh and one TD after a bat down. |
I don't think we will go 0-16 because of the sheer parity of the league. Considering that only two teams in Pro Football History have ever had a winless season (Bucs and Lions), i could see winning only 1, or maybe 2 games, if it continues to be this bad. But i don't think we will go winless.
Either do i for that exact reason. We will probably beat denver and than lose to minn. lol. My point was that based on what im seeing the possibility is there. Im shocked because for once i thought my excitement in the offseason was not kool aid induced. I thought that we were the same team but getting back rak and davis would be huge boosts. The big question mark was obviously Griff n i was very secure in the fact i had seen cousins play and win in big spots last year. Now im wondering where a w is coming from? Wtf? |
Team has no heart. Bunch of gutless warm bodies out there.
Seems like a bunch of guys out there working. Like, literally doing a job because that's what they're paid to do. Rarely does it look like they're enjoying it or that they're motivated; they just look like they showed up because they had no other choice. There are players who exceptions to this, of course. But these dudes are just f'ing sloppy. Penalties, drops, sloppy ass tackling; you're losing and you're laughing on the sidelines? Come on, man.
Exactly the kind of crap MS was supposed to clean up |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
sorry but 98 sucks, he has been zero since week 1

Maybe this is just the anger making me stupid, but I kind of want Chucky.

Kerrigan has had three sacks. Two of them in one quarter of the same game. Today both him and orakpo didn't get to the QB at all. I think they both have been overrated and don't consitently get any pressure unless the skins bring extra blitzers to free then up. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
It was a top 10 defense when we ran a 4-3. I've never been a fan of the 3-4. Orakpo covering the TE on the 2nd TD would never be the case if we still ran a 4-3.
This comment was made in the game thread. You do realize that Orakpo was a OLB in the 4-3 when he first was drafted. There is a good chance he would have been in coverage on a 4-3 defense just as he would be in a 3-4. |
Re: Redskins Lions postgame
It's funny how people only remember the bad.
If that play is called a TD.. This whole forum board is speaking another tune. |
0-16 lmao... You guys are ridiculous
Its just the fact that we are 0-3 and our schedule is very difficult. The early bye kind of stinks too. The only reason 0-16 is laughable is because it is as rare as a triple crown but not because we have proven to be good enough to beat a single team we have left on the schedule. |

He MIGHT have been, but wouldn't be now. I think he would be a much more successful DE. |
Trade value for who? Fred? Trade him now then.
LOL. He was a free agent during the off-season. If nobody wanted him then, I seriously doubt they want him now. |
