RGIII dove for an apparent touchdown on the last play of the first half. Refs ruled that he fumbled before he scored. Moss and Garcon apparently then went ballistic on the refs and were ejected. |

At least it shows that he cares, if only we had more with the same fire in their bellies.
RGIII dove for an apparent touchdown on the last play of the first half. Re: Santana Moss
Has anyone found out what Moss and Garcon said to get ejected?

It's hard to keep your head after a call like that....the Giants dodged a hallowpoint bullet....our players had a right to be mad about the call. |
Re: Santana Moss
This is why he should start but share snaps with Roberts. His passion is what Gruden be sitting up on the podium saying we need. Jay you idiot Santana Moss is our best player and has been for a long timed.

Re: Santana Moss
They have a right to mad, however, they have the obligation to keep their cool as well.
Moss is one of the few Skins I have really liked through the Dark Years. He really competes all the time. But this bullshit at the expense of the team has got to stop. I will take the Breland penalties any day over the Moss penalties. Now having said that after reading his reasoning Moss must have a lot of frustration built up.....ten years worth. ctrl+alt+del |

Re: Santana Moss
Loved Moss for many years but real talk, he should have been gone 2 years ago. He falls in the long line of players that the Redskins (Snyder) kept around for too long and they took up roster space and cap space that no other team would have made for them.
He's probably in the Ring of Fame for the Dallas game and 10 years of dedicated service but he has no place on an NFL roster at this point in his career. |
Re: Santana Moss
I kind of wanted to see them let Garcon and Moss attack the refs.
That was a BS call (yes I know people say it was the right call, but I still think its BS, RG3 wasn't the receiver and he had control as he hit the ground) |
Re: Santana Moss
Sometimes the referees need to have that happen to them. Santana gets my respect for jawing to the officials. The NFL, in terms of officiating, at least to me, have been sliding in terms of quality over the last few years. I don't know how they select who they select, but it is adamant that poor officiating is determining the outcomes of games, more and more.
Hopefully the NFL reviews the play and at the very least disciplines the official for what was clearly one of the most blatant examples of "poor call" that i have ever seen...
From my perspective Griffin was clearly fumbling the ball as he went across the goal line, THEN instead of recovering the ball in the endzone which would have resulted in a TD, his momentum and the angle he was taking, carried him out of bounds in the end zone so he recovered his own fumble out of bounds. The ball NEVER touched the ground, but his recovery was out of bounds. As a Redskin fan it sucks, but it was the correct call. So someone please give me the correct call? |

Re: Santana Moss
What I saw was two hands on the ball, breaking the plane, point blank. Call was retarded as fuck, and to the guy saying Moss doesn't belong on an NFL roster your dumber than a sack of barber hair.

Well I've been shaving my head since '93 so I don't know how dumb a sack of barber hair is....but do you think if we cut Moss at the end of training camp that he would be on an NFL roster right now? Look I love Moss, one of my favorite Redskins over the Snyder era but let's be real, he hasn't been an effective receiver since '12. Last year he dropped a ton of passes, fumbled at key moments and didn't really appreciably add anything. Not trying to dog him, but just being honest. |
