Chandler Jones has a shot at the sack record Sunday and nobody has even heard a peep about it

This is literally the first time I've heard about it.

This is absolutely hilarious. Of course Gase needs a twitter account to defend himself.

Jets will be replacing their head coach. Nobody in the NFL will touch him for years.
It may be a dumb stat, but it is a fact. If you have the choice of KC or any other qb for a meaningful Monday night game and you choose KC you would be considered foolish.

His defense gave him 3 starts in Packers territory early. And on his dagger interception he had a 5 yard clean pocket.

If you don't like the stat, fine, but as a teammate, I wouldn't count on him in those situations.

If Cousins was making Derek Carr money, very few would criticize him.
If Cousins was making Derek Carr money, very few would criticize him.
But he isn't, and he isn't because he held our team and others hostage based on self valuation. So if he gets criticized for failing in clutch moments the criticism is merited.

I think there is plenty of blame to go around on both sides with Kirk Cousins.
I think there is plenty of blame to go around on both sides with Kirk Cousins.
The only blame the Skins have is not cutting him loose and drafting his successor earlier. And that is on the whole FO for holding onto players way past when they should be off the team.

+1

We settled for a 3rd rounder when we probably could've had a first rounder when we first knew he wasn't going to sign here.

We are still doing this same act too with Trent Williams and Ryan Kerrigan who for some dumbshit reason we are trying to extend.

Nobody has to make an offer, nobody has to accept an offer.

Sent from my SM-G920V using Tapatalk
Holding hostage might not be the best term, but he put himself on a pedestal wanting a fully guaranteed short term contract with elite money. And yes, the teams were foolish to acquiesce.

Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk
I'm not picking at you, but I never heard or read about his negotiations going public.

He asked for a lot of money structured a certain way. I don't know how that's putting himself on a pedestal.

At the end of his contract, he'll be ready to negotiate another big money contract because of his age.

He bet on himself. He got paid. Nobody held a gun to any NFL team's head and made them offer him anything.
