Just looked at our 3rd day's picks from last year:
4th round: Bryce Love & Wes Martin 5th round: Piersbacher & Holcomb 6th: Kelvin Harmon 7th: Moreland and Brailford Point is, we can still hope for some solid contributors today.
I hate that we could have had two more picks today if it weren't for Trent and/or his douchebag agent derailing the deal with the Vikings. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Who will it be with the 108 pick?
Bryce Hall Prince Tega W Harrison Bryant Other |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Bpa
They go QB |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
The Sirius Radio NFL network guys couldn't say enough good things about the Mizzou TE, whose name is too long for me to type out here. They had him ranked in the top 40 draftees. And think he'll go quickly at the top of the 4th round.

The big O with 4.49 speed. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Please get a TE, tackle or someone that can cover.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
OT, now that Trent’s been traded.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Fuck off Trent.
5th this year, 3rd next ... ok. Traded back too ... |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
a 5th and a 3rd next year?? hmmmmm.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Saahdiq Charles OT
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Love the pick!!
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Saahdiq Charles OT
I'm good with it. Hoping TE's drop ... |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Saahdiq Charles OT
He’s got a LOT of off the field issues. Not what we need for locker room culture. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Saahdiq Charles OT
Great value. Like it |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
I like that we got a tackle who was productive against top competition but this dude apparently has had numerous off field issues. How is he going to act coming to a big city w/money in his pocket? Boom or bust type of pick.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Hopefully that is where RR reputation comes in handy
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Read that Rivera called Ed Orgeron this week he must of liked what he was told.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
I hope they are not done at WR although I can see them needing another O lineman and a TE too.

Re: 2020 Redskins Draft Thread
I hope they are done at WR. We need TE and CB help more.

Re: Redskins Draft Thread
KJ Hill is still available at WR. Most of TE are gone.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
If they are going BPA and he is still there late in the 4th round, KJ Hill is the clear choice. His extremely disciplined route running will compliment all of the speed guys we now have. If it is 3rd and 8, KJ Hill will run a pattern and make the catch in a crowd for 9 yards and a first down. McLaurin and Michael Thomas demonstrate the strength of taking WR's from Ohio State. They are all very smart, disciplined players who know how to do what they are supposed to do. If Hill is available at pick 142, they would be crazy to pass on him.

Re: Redskins Draft Thread
KJ Hill, Prince Tega Wonagho, Bryce Hall, Hunter Bryant, Tyler Biadasz, Thaddeus Moss
Plenty of good choices. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Must admit to being surprised that Biadasz is still available, I know very little about college football but he seemed highly rated at one point, any reasons?
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
What about trading for Njoku? Curtis Samuel? Other players already on other teams?
|

I like Curtis Samuel and oJ Howard |

If we could get them, yes. I also think we call Donald Penn. He was solid/ok last year. Jason Peters too. Get someone now to be a stop gap. Side note: Seahawks just took Cody Parkinson. |

Biadasz is a straight-up badass. Mean as a snake. Pretty good athletically (his work on the second level always impressed me), but needs to get stronger. He is definitely not plug-and-play, but has big potential in my opinion. Huge fan, but of course I am. He went to Wisconsin. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
And there went Bryce Hopkens (sp?). Running out of TE options. Need to take Thaddeus or trade for someone.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
After taking Gibson and adding McKissic to the roster, Samuel seems a bit redundant as another hybrid back.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Our second 4th round pick is near the end of the round, right? Almost a 5th round pick I think.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
OK, I am going to say - GO KJ Hill.
Hope Thaddeus is there at our next pick. Try to trade for Njoku or OJ Howard while we are waiting to see if Thaddeus is there. |

Hunter Bryant would be nice. Thaddeus Moss stinks in my opinion. Maybe in the 7th. |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Bryce Hall
KJ Hill Hunter Bryant T Moss |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Bryce Hall, CB from Virginia is intriguing. Broken leg robbed him of a good hunk of his senior year. But he was projected as a 1st or 2nd rounder coming into the season.
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
What are our 5th round picks?
|
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Washington
5th round -- 156 5th round -- 162 7th round -- 216 7th round -- 229 Bing is your friend. lol |
Re: Redskins Draft Thread
Antonio Gandy-Golden. I will take that.
