You and I were both on the Sam train but that was more so of just fans being starved for QB success.

The truth is he’s not a QB1 in the NFL. He doesn’t see the field well at all and takes way too much time in the pocket.

Brisett has come in against the same defense today so there is no more excuses

Two weeks in a row, I see the scroll at the bottom of my TV screen and we're making a comeback. I tune into today's game (as I didn't see any of last week's game and none of today's game until I realized we were coming back) and realized Brissett is again behind center.

It makes you wonder if he should've been the QB to start the season or at some point around the midway mark to salvage the season. Howell is an easy target for defenders and coordinators, whereas Brissett isn't as easy a target per se'.

Well yes I am starved for a quarterback but Sam was flashing up until a few weeks ago. He was the furthest thing from the problem. Now he apparently is the problem. The nFL is weird.
