Tandler's latest post on Real Redskins says there is a chance Oakland releases Palmer. Personally, I don't see it happening. If they do though, who's the top candidates for signing him? Buffalo, or maybe Cleveland?
Brown's just got Campbell. Probably Arizona |

It's insane how much Kolb has made based on zero results his whole career. |

Seriously. The guy is set for life off a couple of decent games in Philly and a lot of hype from Andy Reid. |
Re: Around the NFL Free Agency Thread 2013
Kolb isn't the only backup who performed a few times and got everyone in a tizzy to get him. I think Matt Cassell has him beat. Kolb played part of a season, while Cassell only played a few games. KC was dumber than dirt to get him, as was Arizona in getting Kolb, but both clubs were desperate.
It's insane how much Kolb has made based on zero results his whole career.
It's almost like NFL players don't get paid on past results.

But they wanted Davis too... What does that say about us? |

I don't think going after Fred Davis was a bad idea. We only singed him to a one year, prove yourself kind of deal. The only way the Bills would have been stupid for going after him is if they had actaully signed him to a multi-year deal worth a ton of cash. |

Actually it was Cassell that pretty much played the whole year, when Brady went down for the season in the first game of the year back in 08 it was Cassell who stepped in for the rest of the season and led them to an 11-5 record. That's why KC traded for him. Whereas Kolb only played a few games with the Eagles and the Cards were apparently impressed enough to trade for him. |

I can almost guarantee we get a late first rounder for Cousins. |
