Different year same team, Zorn is over his head.
Finally--hurry up looked nice.
My :twocents: we need to quit trying to be the Riggins/Gibbs Redskins and use shotgun much more and get into a passing rhythm early rather than the terrible offense we've seen the past 10 yrs. |
Wow, does that Osi fumble TD loom large...
LOL... we may even be winning the game if it weren't for that fumble! I keed, I keed. |
Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
He's definitely over his head. Good guy. Probably a reason he's been a QB coach for so long.
|
Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
This is what happens when you hire a 55 yeard old QBs coach to run the entire show.
Jason Campbell threw 4 passes in the first 27 minutes of the second half. We ran the ball, literally, every first down.
Thank you for reinforcing my upcoming thread about the horrendous play calling today. |

I'll say it again. Carlos Rogers needs to catch that ball and take it to the house. It would have changed the entire complexion of this game. |
Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
Oh, well. Gotta turn it around. No need to burn down the house, IMO--lets beat the Rams and get things on track.
Peace out. |
Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
i am embarrassed if i am the giants only beating this team by 6 is pathetic.

Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
Don't worry Zorn. There will always be a warm QB coach position waiting for you. Please. Please.. Put down the the headset and the clipboard... Or at least give up the clipboard. You can't call plays to save your life.

Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
way to go skins! pay more for 3 players, than the giants pay for both of thier deep lines. didnt figure this would come back to bite you in the ass.

Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
Just wait, there will be more excuses than answers from zorn and blach and the whole damm team will have excuses. But to me the only way this team can prosper is for synder to sale the team and who ever buys the team run it the way it should be run. With that said it is going to take a long time to rebuild this team.
I'll say it again. Carlos Rogers needs to catch that ball and take it to the house. It would have changed the entire complexion of this game.
Or DeAngelo Hall could cover the guy in front of him at some point during the four quarters that he's on the field.
But yeah, let's blame Carlos for lunging for the pass breakup instead of trying to one hand stab an INT when no one else at the cornerback position made a play all day. |
Re: Redskins vs. Giants Gameday thread, Opener 2009
Message to Zorn:
Quit throwing to Santana all the time and start using your young WR's and air it out, it just might help. |
