Absolutely... although i would say Shanahan would be the "captain" if he has the team president title and final say over personnel. Allen would be his first mate/commander. Shanahan makes all the decisions at a high level and Allen validates (or challenges) those decisions and then ensures they are executed. |

Absolutely! Snyder appears to have learned meddling lessons. Now if he can just learn patience, he could be one heck of an owner. |

Let's try to not credit Snyder for self-realization until he actually goes an offseason or two without embarrassing himself or his organization. Talking a good game isn't indicative of anything.
