DCPSR tweeter says lots of rumors that Clifton has agreed with the Skins. Of course after last night we know to view rumors about this FO with a little bit of skepticism.

D'Qwell Jackson's Agent Upset with the Browns Organization | Cleveland Leader

apparently d'qwell jackson is pissed about getting a 2nd round tender.

he was told last offseason, when he was seeking an extension, that he would get one before the start of training camp in 2010. He got injured last year. Browns changed GMs and the new one is not honoring the old GMs promise.

he's alil small for an ILB (6 feet tall) in a 3-4 even though he plays ILB for the browns at a very high level.

i would like this move, although this would require some kind of compensation vs signing dansby who has played ilb in a 3-4.

d'qwell has a legit gripe and more to be pissed off about than most other tendered starting players.

How are they tendering W.Montgomery for a seventh? To my knowledge teams can't trade their seventh rounder?

Seems like there's a lot of that go around the NFL first couple of days of free agency - players are pissed about being tendered for less than their perceived value. It's just a new day with the cap situation and guys are adjusting. Plain and simple. It's business more than ever now.

yeah but with that broken promise/new GM not honoring old GM's promise . . .adds an additional layer of pistoffness for d'qwell.
lol what a joke

Can't Danny get them on a top notch server to handle that traffic? Perhaps I should give Danny a referral to Westhost, nah scratch that

what a moron. ES will quote an article from somewhere else on the web. PFT report the same information and give credit to the writer of the original article for the scoop. Then, ES members will claim Florio stole the information from ES members.

I understand that there are alot of stupid people in the world, but can people really be that dumb?
It would be one thing if this was a random member, but from what I understand this guy might be their head honcho. Looks like all is not well in communist China...er I mean ES. There are spies among their ranks. Wouldn't be surprised to see ES threaten a DDos on PFT.

Of course if PFT really was using ES as a source then that would explain a lot.

Mysterious concept does not compute. Must upgrade from Redskins 2000 to Redskins 2010.

I read he shares an agent with Chris Samuels, so that would definitely help him make up his mind. Especially now that Samuels will be in the mix with the coaching staff this year.

So is this what it is supposed to be like having responsible people running the team? Take their time in signing people, make smart decisions? I am kind of going through withdrawal wthout having any big names already signed and mortgaging our future already... wow this is kind of a strange feeling.

i thought those quotes came from the PFT comments, so i assumed it wasnt the "real" TK, but rather some noobish wannabe troll from extremeskins.

It is. I keep checking the reports looking for signings. The suspense is killing me, I'm used to a ton of reports about our team. It's a good thing though, but like you said...strange.

this is a huge head-scratcher to me, especially given that its a multiyear deal. i dont see how he fits with the system, but we'll see what happens.
