Maybe he drops another 100lbs and becomes our backup FB??
what a moron. ES will quote an article from somewhere else on the web. PFT report the same information and give credit to the writer of the original article for the scoop. Then, ES members will claim Florio stole the information from ES members.

I understand that there are alot of stupid people in the world, but can people really be that dumb?
It's probably because both TK and jsteelz have established themselves as inside sources that are pretty reliable over there.

He probably still has remnants of his athleticism from his younger days.

Grossman is familiar with KS, I don't really see this as a bad thing.

So you really believe that PFT is lurking over there and actually using ES as a source? The evidence they provide in that thread is pretty weak. Such stuff as Shanahan coming here shortly after Allen was hired or Gruden bowing out of the race. Then the idea that they broke Blake Williams being a possible assistant here. This was stuff I was seeing all over the internet. Maybe they do have connections, but until they have better evidence that the media is "using them" I will find myself indifferent.

Anyway just wait till the Warpath/ES rugby game. Then we'll see who's boss.

Yeah he's familiar with the system so that's a good thing, hopefully he never has to see the field if he's signed

i can see us picking him up to replace Todd as a #3 QB to help Campbell and Bradford learn the system, but thats it.

When did we release Todd Collins? Man so many people were let go yesterday that I didn't take the time to realize who exactly they let go. Off the top of my head I know Betts, Cartwright, ARE, and Smoot.

PFT so take it for what its worth.
Not a bad thing. Grossman knows KS's system, has been a starter in the NFL, and isn't 38-39 yrs old. He's an upgrade over Todd Collins or Brennan.

Todd Collins' career QB rating is 76. He hasn't started a game since 2007 and only played in 3 games in the last 2 years. His 2009 QB rating was 71.6.

Colt Brennan has no NFL stats....cause he's never played a freakin' down as an NFL QB. I cannot for the life of me understand the Cult of Colt. The guy for 2 years couldn't beat out a 37-38 year old QB with a weak arm and no mobility (and I don't want to hear the injury thing, that's probably what kept him on the roster for 2009 because a player can't be released while injured). Sorry for the.....
