could you imagine if Antonio Brown was on the team right now? |
Re: Trent Williams holding out for new deal
Punishing a player with fines and lost game money seems like a real Bruce Allen / Dan Snyder move. “Beat him until his morale improves!”
“If he won’t play for us then he’ll play for no one.” This management buffoonery is why the Redskins are consistently one of the NFL’s worst teams. Trade him for a second or third round draft pick for next year, we’ll be drafting for the OL anyway in the draft.
You act like the Skins are the only team to do this. It happens every year with some team. |
Re: Trent Williams holding out for new deal
If Houston offered Clowney for Trent would u take it?
I say no but its been brought up on twitter by the media |

I say no but its been brought up on twitter by the media
The problem is Clowney strengthens a strong position, while trading Trent weakens an already weak position |

I don't get how is this very different from any NFL team (see Pittsburgh last year with Bell). |

Re: Trent Williams holding out for new deal
Clowney and their LT for Trent. Adam S mentioned the last time a pro bowl/HOF LT was traded Denver gave up a 1st, 2nd, and a 6th. I would take that for Trent.
