No, pretty delusional to think a supreme being created all that and only showed his "works" in one location.

Besides, if he's so powerful, how come it took him 6 days to create? Why not one?
Bureaucratic Red tape .:)

Who's to say God couldn't make the Earth in one day?

A man walks up to God and says "Oh God, I am but a piteous soul seeking to understand your wisdom. Please help me understand, how long is a second to you?" God replies "An infinite number eons, so long as to be beyond your reckoning." The man says "God, poor soul that I am, help me understand your wisdom, how much is a penny in your reckoning?" God replies "A sum of riches so vast as to be beyond the sum of all the sand particles on all the beaches on Earth." The mans falls to his knees and asks "Oh God, can you please spare a penny for a poor, helpless creature a penny?"

God replies "In a second."

Jesus appeared to a man in a vision and, because the man had been a good Christian, Jesus granted him a wish. The man wished for a road bridge between California and Hawaii to make it cheaper to get to Hawaii for golf vacations. Jesus said, "Bridging all of those miles of open ocean? That's nearly impossible even for me! Please ask for something different." The man then asked, "I want to understand women: why they laugh, why they cry, why they do the things that they do and why they think the way that they do." Jesus replied, "Will that be two lanes or four?"

More oil companies = more jobs for the unemployed

When choosing to support the job market or paying the individual for not working, it's always better for the country as a whole to do the first.

What we really need is less subsidies AND less taxes. Let the companies sustain themselves fairly.

What about the companies that hire people, but don't pay high enough wages for the person to support themselves with a full-time job? Personally, I agree. Subsidies should not be given out easily. I don't think we need less taxes, I do think we need simpler and harder to evade tax laws. Overall, I think companies should be able to both survive and allow their employees to survive without outside assistance, if they are unable to, they shouldn't be in business.

The caveat is I believe subsidies are necessary for certain products/services. There are certain things that simply cannot be profitable, but greatly benefit us as a country. For instance, ensuring everyone has access to high speed internet, power, telephone, etc. There may not be the ability to make a profit there, but it is important for us, as a country, to ensure certain basic necessities to everyone.

This is the mentality that has led to this country's downfall. GIVING RICH PEOPLE MONEY DOES NOT EQUATE TO CREATING JOBS.

How often to people have to keep parroting this stupid bullshit?
They discovered that despite generating $546 billion in profits between 2005 and 2010, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Shell, and BP reduced their U.S. workforce by 11,200 employees over that period.

In 2010 alone, the top five oil companies slashed their global workforce by 4,400 employees — the same year executives paid themselves nearly $220 million. But at least those working in the industry as a whole get paid high wages, right? Turns out that 40 percent of U.S oil-industry jobs consist of minimum-wage work at gas stations.
You were saying?

The ignorance in this country is outstanding. I can see how and why people are enslaved so easily. Create a lie, repeat it enough to where it becomes their truth and way of life.

You spouting this crap is worse than G1 speaking about the stigmatas.

So you gave gotten all of your jobs from poor people?

Successful people are exactly the people who are in a position to employ people and penalizing them is only going to hurt the potential people they could employ.

The lack of common sense in this nation astounds me.

Nice sidestep. Why don't you just admit you were wrong? It's much easier than continuing a lie you've been told your whole life.

You still believe in trickle down economics right?...lol
