The Falcons have last to themselves, but Tampa, Carolina, and New Orleans all have great projections.

Gun to my head, I'm taking Carolina, but I don't know if New Orleans can just run away with this one.

Teams [b][i]feel[/i][/b] like they are better without TO, but what have Philly or SF done since he's left them? The Eagles said virtually the same thing 'we made it to the Super Bowl without TO' as the Giants are saying about Shockey now, how has that worked out for them? They've missed the playoffs 3 of 4 years since he was suspended/left. Not making an apples to apples comparison, but it's really similar!
