The very top of the sign was written in English and it reads "Keep Left." There is definately other languages on the sign all saying the same thing. I cannot make out which languages they are though.

After translating the comments on youtube it was Japan. BTW, they are saying the same things that we are about this. It's kinda funny.

The reason that I thought that it was one of the countries I mentioned previously was because at first glance the Scooterist appeared to be European so I looked up European countries with Yellow license plates. Apparently Japan's are yellow as well. If DJ would have seen this first he would have cleared it right up.

Okay four things I want to know

1. Why did the guy abandon his car like it was about to go off a cliff ?

2. Why did the person on the passenger side think they could slow the car with their feet in the snow ?
