Re: Redskins Bye Week
Hmmmm......some chatter coming out about the Hightower shoulder thing.
Apparently he hurt in in week 1 and didnt tell anyone because he didnt want to lose playing time. Personally Im good with that as I think a healthy Torain is our best RB. |

1.) Can Shanahan & Co. pick up where they left off? 2.) How long can they get by with Rex Grossman at QB? 3.) What happens at running back? 4.) How will LaRon Landry hold up? 5.) Where does Phillip Buchanon fit?[/quote] Five very good questions indeed. I have those same ones myself. I don't think this team is taking this game likely seeing how they got curb stomped last year, and the fact that the eagles are desperate for a win to salvage their season. I hope we run the ball over and over and over, and run the score up just like they did. **** Andy Reid and **** the eagles. |

I admire the want to play attitude, but you can hurt the team if you gotta couple guys there who can do the job. |
Re: Redskins Bye Week
Id like to see Helu start. I think he would have a HUGE game against the Eagles. But, it will prolly be Hightower if he is healthy.

Re: Redskins Bye Week
Good to have LaRon back. He usually comes up HUGE against Philly.

Grossman talks performance (Himself, The Skins and the Eagles) Doesn't speak in much detail. (understandably) I would have liked to hear him speak a little more critical about his performance and not so "we only need to be good enough" but he did go on to say that the team is "looking for the perfect game and they will get better". I did like how he is taking the Eagles serious and see's them as a fast team who poses a legit threat. The Eagles Win/Loss statistics do not reflect the true ability of the team. If the Eagles show up, it will be a battle. Here's to hoping Grossman has a incredible game. HTTR! |
