Possibly some good news for us, if he's (VJ) available maybe he's one of the WR's we pick up in FA...

Re: Around the NFL - Offseason thread
bowe would be my choice, but VJ is good... even mike wallace would be fine, just get somebody decent to help out on that end.

Truthfully, RGIII has a higher ceiling than Luck, much like Leaf did over Peyton. That said, I still take Luck all day, errr day. |

Interesting article from Matt Bowen about offseason workouts.

It's always good to read about things athletes go through on a daily basis from an athlete's perspective, instead of a journalist's. That's why I really like to read Bowen's articles, because he can relate to what he's writing about through a unique perspective. |

I'm a big fan of Bowen and the folks over at NFP. Much refreshing change from the TMZ-like reporting at PFT. |

Zorny gets around[/quote]Interesting stuff. Bates back with Cutler is a good move for the Bears because Mike Tice in charge of the passing game was sure to be a disaster. The Chiefs kinda screwed Zorn over though. |

I would love Mike Wallace since what we need more than anything in a WR is someone who can take the top off of a defense. But he's an RFA so likely is not leaving Pitt. |

you can go into the roster editor, or export the pro bowl teams or use the all time teams... |
Re: Around the NFL - Offseason thread
Aggressive move by the Raiders to release Stanford Routt, who will be 29 in July. He instantly becomes the best cover corner on the market.
He's more of a man guy than a zone guy though. |

Well, the old adage is "don't let their best players beat you"...and NY's best receivers are Nicks and Cruz, no offense to Manningham. |
