what about now?
Watching SF vs Seattle. Watching Russell Wilson reminds me of what a professional QB looks like. To think we could have kept our picks and got a better QB kills me.

I believe all of the above is true.

But if this is the case - then if MS knows he is done, why not just bench RG3, play Cousins the rest of the way to evaluate him.

Then when he gets fired Cousins can go with him on his next team..
Rg3 is an idiot. He has been a cancer to this team and organization and should learn to at least shut the hell up. He is not a franchise quarterback. Franchise quarterbacks don't cause the problems he has, and don't say the things he says.
Last yr the same person was loving Griffin now they hate him wow.
Great qbs wont take perks. We have had a guy like that, his name was Clinton Portis. And it was ok for Portis. Its ok for many players. Not franchise QBs
This. So much for Griffin being a leader. More like prima Donna..
I posted this question on Extremeskins.com, "Shannahan and Pete Carroll were hired within in days of one another, who's done a better job building their roster and why, plus name one position we're better at compared to Seattle". Of-course there were a lot of excuses.
They weren't in the same situation. You can't compare coaches taking over two different teams (and culture) and compare the two.

Shanahan is a good coach. Shanahan is a bad GM. That pretty much explains it.

Doesn't matter who the coach is. The owner can't have an open door policy so players can go over the coaches head.

It's very much a pro-sports thing to have an owner-QB relationship. The NFL is a relationships business. Coaches are as big a culprit of such a culture as any entity.

So Rex Grossman, John Beck, Patrick Ramsey, Jason Campbell, etc had this type of relationship.
