Re: Who is on your Redskins Mt Rushmore?
On the one I would expect to see if it was actually built - Beathard, Gibbs, Riggins, Baugh.
But on my own personal Mt Rushmore Id add Manley and scratch Baugh. Obviously never saw Baugh play and I know Manley has too many skeletons in his closet. My mt rushmore of dogshit would be four Dan Snyder heads because he is literally directly responsible for any other head of shit you could put on the mt rushmore of shit heads.
Surely Fat Albert Haynesworth would be a lock for the Mt. Rushmore of Dogshit. |

Read my post. Snyder is responsible for all other possible dogshit heads. Lol. So he gets all four. |

I read and understood your post. Unless you are the world's foremost authority on Dogshit Mount Rushmores, I beg to differ with you on at least one of the busts on this one. BTW, if what I just typed above isn't the most pathetic off-season with the possibility of no season at all reply to a post then I can't imagine what that post might look like. |
Re: Who is on your Redskins Mt Rushmore?
Baugh, Gibbs, Riggins, Green and Monk
Couldn't narrow down to 4 between Monk and Green. First 3 are locks. |
Re: Who is on your Redskins Mt Rushmore?
Im 41 so Ive never seen Jurgensen or Baugh play. Baugh always seems to get the nod over Sonny but I never really understood why.
Baugh played exclusively for the Skins from 1937 to 1952. 187 tds, 203 ints and 21k in passing yards. He also punted. Baugh had 4 all pro years. But there were between 8-10 teams total during the span of 1937 (1st all pro) and 1943 (last all pro) Sonny was with the Skins from 1964 to 1974 and his skins only stats were 179 tds, 116 ints with 22k passing yards. Sonny had 1 all pro year (w the eagles -- 14 teams in the league total). Neither was a runner which surprised me bc I would have thought Baugh would be a runner. Both were not playing in the passing era though I assume Sonny was in a more pass happy league than Baugh. --------------------- Sonny gets my nod ... if for nothing else than to enjoy hearing the old drunk guy talk on the radio during games. I know most found it annoying but I found it endearing. Wasnt he snoring during the game one time? lol |

Riggo
Possibly Doug Williams depending on how his executive job goes (does the team start winning?) Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Haynesworth may be the Absolute WORST FA signing of ALL TIME. Taking in account the Uber-costly contract versus production. Certainly for this franchise. Possibly in the NFL. Contract vs total lack of production Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Maybe I’m completely wrong, and PLEASE someone correct me if this ISN’T true, but I’ve heard Green wasn’t actually the nicest guy. NOT about fund-raising for local charities, just about personality vs. personality in a close contest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Who is on your Redskins Mt Rushmore?
The original post has it right...
Baugh Gibbs Riggins Green Green is the only debatable but you probably need to recognize defense and he is clearly the #1 defensive player. |
