I think that's a big misconception - that since most of the players released weren't picked up by other teams, it's an indictment on our scouting department.

Fact is, most teams' practice squads are made up mostly of the players they just released to get down to the required 53. There are only a handful of players league wide who don't clear waivers (like CB Steven Parker), and it makes the most sense to try bring back players who have been with the team all off season.

Mayo? Wasnt he second in line to be mic'd up if Holcomb goes down?

Health of Holcomb may be the biggest question to whether we suck and not if Wentz can be decent.

Welp ... all we can do is tune in on Sunday and vent on Monday.

They say that the definition of crazy is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, Ron must be certifiable. After an entire offseason with at least a dozen better options available he presents us with Jon Bostic. I swear he is reading this board and doing it deliberately just to wind us up

This shit is a practical joke. Rivera and Del Rio ride the clown car together to the linebacker room.

Can't wait for another year of never getting of the field on 3rd down. Rivera is going to get fired after this season.
