While there's a slim chance the new regime rolls with Sam, chances are they'll draft a QB at #2. The only reason(s) they wouldn't is if they aren't sold on any of the top 3-4 QBs, and/or if some team blows them away with a trade offer. Honestly, I'd be fine with either scenario now that grown men will be making the decisions.
