^ they obviously could (9-1) and no doubt they r hAving a dream season but I still don't trust Alex smith
He's no Grossman. What has he done this year to make you doubt him? He's playing smartly and making things happen.

Any time Peeli starts getting talked up as an elite QB, Peeli makes sure to pee his pants so the talk stops.

I guess Vince wasn't including his skills when he referred to the Eagles as the "dream team".

Just when I'm about to write I think Bears and Packers will meet again in the playoffs only this time with a healthy Cutler...he goes and breaks his thumb

Apparently DeSean Jackson didn't learn anything from last week's benching. Catches a 50 yard pass.... and proceeds to flip the ball at the Giants D-Coordinator and taunts their sideline, drawing a taunting penalty and negating said 50 yard pass.

Such a phenomenal talent... and such a knucklehead.

If I'm not mistaken we drafted Devin Thomas when he was still on the board. So in that case, yeah....

What qb have we had on the roster that could have taken advantage of Jackson's speed. Maybe McNabb, but Jackson would have been considered a bust by then anyways

Well he would have been a huge weapon on returns, and he's faster than anyone we've had on our team since he's been in the league.

Huge blow for the Bears. And I'm concerned about my fantasy team, since Forte has been my bellcow this year and I'm in playoff position currently.

Maybe on returns, but I find it hard to believe he would have had the same career here. But, that may just be the cynical Skins fan in me...

I'm not saying he would have had "the same" career here, but certainly above and beyond anything Malcolm Kelly or Devin Thomas brought to the table.

Or Zorn woulda cut him...

Who knows certainly as it all played out you would figure that he would have been better, but in the end we can't go back so the only way to get him now would be (over imo) pay him.

Well at this point I certainly don't want him- not for the money he's gonna ask for anyway.

not is right. The O line changes and the rookies are starting to take it's toll , you can see it in the lack of a run game.

My pick in the begining of the year was 9-7,10-6 with luck but even in the playoffs they would be 1 and done.

The NFC East is slowly turning into the NFC West.

DJ=TO both of these guys are great players but headcases, I want neither one on the Redskins. They both share something in common besides huge egos, guess who their mentor was? Jerry Rice. I know a lot people like him, but you know what? He was a big punk like these 2 whining about not getting the ball, throwing coaches under the bus and obviously they've learned well.
