I can hear SBXVIII already...

Pat White over a sixth WR is not very smart. Especially a WR with potential like Lewis, N. Williams, or Dawson.

Maybe they'll use white as the offensive weapon like jax uses denard?

If we really get fortunate enough to receive a draft pick for him, I'll be very happy. Also, do you, or anyone else, know when we'll start adding players to the practice squad?

Regarding the Skins getting a pick for Pat White...just my opinion but...I think that is a pipe dream....it is more likely that the Skins may have to part with a 6th or 7th to get Winfield if they really want him...again...just my opinion

:lol: I really don't understand why the Packers cut Young. I thought he looked great in preseason. There were times where he was vintage Young, scrambling around and hitting receivers like he was back at UT.

"La Canfora noted that Seattle might attempt to shop Winfield before releasing him."

The actual deadline is 6pm..I will believe it then. They would be foolish not to shop him

Perhaps the Skins should consider dropping Rex for Young?
Advantages?...Cousins/Rex may be done after this year,...trade/cut.
If we had Young...he'd be a good long term backup with the ability to run to match our scheme. Not sure this is an actual good idea..but it is fun to stir the pot.

I thought of that too and wouldn't mind it at all. At least bring him in for camp next season if he's available, and see what he could do.

Chico you are on the ball today. Murphy was a big surprise. Gumbs must have shown more behind the scenes but Gomes is not a big risk to roll the dice.

Think TJackson has any chance to return with any usable value? I'm leaning toward no but secondary choices are leaving me confused. Does Winfield offer any safety help??????

Well, NFL Network just said it as part of their hourly update, along with VY and Tebow news. Is that better?

And are you really using a JLC report to question an official list. I thought we all know JLC is not really that reliable at all.
