Re: Around the NFL Week 5
I don't even think I'm going to watch the game when the Skins have to play the Broncos.
I've always wanted to watch Peyton live. And does it really matter how badly we're beaten? I mean even the one win was just a terrible, terrible game to watch. |
If Dallas plays like this next week we lose easily
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Holy crap Cam Newton looks horrible, that's what I get for starting Steve Smith in fantasy this week.
And of course, this would be the week Denver decides to play their worst game. |
I started romo and I'm happy I did good lord there is No D

I agree
Colts are for real and luck is better than Wilson period
Hmmm! That sounds like something I said and people said it was due to Pagano being sick last year. Luck will be the best QB by the end of the season. |
This is the best game of the year so far.
|

Not in the league but out of the 4 always mentioned probably so. And Wilson is not better thaN RG3. He plays on a ridiculous loaded team and isn't asked to do much. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Wow, just pathetic D
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
I love Romo...
Candace Romo. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Everyone needs to just let it play itself out. Luck is the better QB right now. He was more pro ready as far as being under center, reading defenses, pocket presence, footwork and running a pro style offense. I think this off season is where RG3 will hopefully improve cause there will be no rehab. But I still think we paid too high a price to get him. We're not going to win a Super Bowl running the read option.
Not us. 49ers made it last year and weren't as effective using it and couldn't beat a team we did. This year I think Seattle could make it. Everything to me at least- goes back to the wreck less nature of Kyle's choice of read option. Nobody ever enforced safety with Rob and dumb playcalling like sending rg3 downfield for a pass vs Pittsburgh.it cost us our QB of the future for the postseason '12 and entire '13 season if we lose more than 3 games. And now Dallas is winning. Fml |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
If this game was in December Romo would have thrown 4 INTs by now.
|
Romo Is great in September and October always
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Too much passing in this new nfl. I'd prefer defense and hitting.
|

If they win our season is not over Dallas has no Defense Monty Kiffin clearly was not an upgrade |
This game is just stupid though

If you have a good defense you can dictate the type of game. |

There is never a reason an NFL score should look like a college basketball score. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Lol, whats that sound?
It sounds as if someone is gasping for air? |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Romo doing what he does best
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
.....
He's good for one every game |
That's the Tony we know
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
To paraphrase Chris Rock: That Romo went Romo.
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Romo in late-season form already.

Meanwhile, Rob Ryan's D is flying in saints land. Hehe |
I knew Dallas would play great today and next week they'll play just so so
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Tony Turnover is the gift which keeps giving.

They never play well two weeks in a row. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
51-48
no defense no defense at all Hand the Hawks the trophy at this point. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Romo goes for 500 and 5 TD's and the loss will be blamed on him... sad
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 5
Romo: the Antonym of Clutch

Re: Around the NFL Week 5
That game was entertaining, but the real payoff was the look on Jerry Jones' face when Romo threw that INT.
Side note 3rd out of 5 weeks NFC east fails to win a game outside of division. |

No Im not, other than the colts beating them defensively they have looked good. |

I thought that was a bad decision, you don't sign a guy that couldn't run a scheme that stops the read option at USC as your d coordinator. |

To your previous post, Denver has their 2 best players on defense out right now. Von Miller and Champ Bailey. Pressure and coverage. That defense will be a lot better in 2 weeks. And right now Denvers offense is their best defense. The Denver D just needs to make one stop when its absolutely necessary, and they do that. |
