Let him sit or fire Shannahan. I don't trust Kyle with RG3. One of the two. The reason he is not fired is because they will leave without any experienced person to call plays or set up the offense.

Winning more means more money, so I'm not really sure anyone can make the argument that Snyder (or any owner) cares about money but not winning

Does it really matter who is at QB next few games, players aren't gonna give effort for these coaches...

Nope. Probably going to be 3 very ugly losses too.
