I would genuinely pay my own money towards getting Bruce Fuckboy Allen fired. Dan Snyder is a rat and BA is his weasel.

What would be a bigger event? The caps Stanley cup parade or the parade that happens when Bruce is fired? |

Urban Dictionary
Rat Weasel (Dan and Bruce Combo) Similar to a rat bastard, but with all the sneaky qualities of a weasel. "Hey man, I heard that Joe screwed you out of some money last week" "Yeah, that rat weasel got me good." |

Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
I guess ultimately it comes down to: When will Jay Gruden lose the faith of the locker room.
When that happens they'll have no choice but to make a switch. I don't think we're there yet. A few more weeks of this and it'll be a legit concern though. |

If the Redskins roll to 0-4 then Gruden's firing could be imminent......https://riggosrag.com/2019/09/24/report-redskins-coaching-staff-dealing-incredibly-explosive-situation/amp/

Any minute now......it's coming.
They can win next and he'll still be fired if not already. Oconnell will step in |
3 loses to 3 playoff teams.
It's going to be interesting to see how they perform against the Giants.
Well Philly has been beat twice since us, and neither team that beat them is any good really. Chicagos offense looked like the furthest thing from a playoff team until they played us. Dallas, that other team that hasn’t won a superbowl since the early 90’s has beaten us, the giants, and the fuckin dolphins. So lets see how they look against real competition. They have arguably played the softest three games this year. Had we lost to New England, KC, and the Rams than id be interested but we did not. Not by a country mile. |
How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
Is that a surprise? What else would he do. He knows he's coaching for his job this year and thus he needs to win now to have a chance at it. Why would he give reps to a guy who won't be able to help him win this season?
That's the biggest reason he should be canned sooner rather than later. The Skins need to recognize it's time to rebuild for the long view.
Is it possible they dont want Haskins learning his third different offense by the time he is ready? Or you think if Gruden leaves Haskins jumps right in? |

Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
Gruden will be fired the day after we lose to the Giants this Sunday. Our historically poor defense is going to make Jones look like an all Pro. Gruden has 6 days left as the Redskins HC. O’Connell will replace him.
So consider the contrast - the Giants bit the bullet and put in rookie Jones, who will have guided his team to its SECOND victory. Meanwhile, we hide our #1 Draft pick QB, like he’s made of china or will suffer some sort of mental trauma if he plays behind this OL. Instead we “play it safe” with a professional backup QB who just had 3 INT and 4 fumbles (only two that counted) in one game. If Gruden is left in as the HC he will never play Haskins - it will be either Case or Colt no matter how bad either plays or how many games they lose for us. In my opinion, Gruden is trying to get fired so he can escape this franchise and go to another NFL team as the OC next season. From his predictable play-calling, inability to prepare his team for important games, teams which year-after-year have no discipline and over a dozen penalties a game; or practice so soft that they suffer large numbers of injuries every season. He just can’t improve this team. Not all his fault with Snyder and BA mucking up the works, but Jay Gruden is just a mediocre HC. Unfortunately I don’t see Bruce Allen getting canned along with Gruden. BA is the sacrificial lamb for when the fans rise up in disgust AGAIN, at some time in the future. There’s always got to be a person to be blamed and ready to fall on the sword when the team continues to do badly. Got to keep hiding the real reason for 20 years of failure. A team with no team culture and an owner who likes to run the team from behind, yet can’t admit that he have little NFL knowledge or ability. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Dude is so easy to read you just know this bullshit is coming. My question is how long is Dan going to let Gruden continue to disappoint and already disgusted fanbase? Are we shocked opposing fans take over our stadium? I'm not. Nobody wants to shell out that kind of $ for this horse shit coached team. |
Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
Jay will start Colt to get fired. I truly think that is Jay's plan. Get fired so he doesn't have to deal with Dan and Bruce. He'll collect this year and next years cash and ride off to his next venture. He will have 7 years of Dan's money in the bank and give those two the finger on his way out the door.

Gruden on Dwayne Haskins - “He better be prepared to play. That’s the role of the backup.”

how the fuck dont you, as the head coach, know if a player is prepared or not? Oh wait, you don't give a fuck about teaching him and only want to play the fucking loser career backups and no one knows why. |
Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
Haskins starts then Penn or even Moses get injured in game?
How do you feel now? Geron Christian blocking his blind side. How much of a grasp does young Haskins have to handle live disguised blitzs with an O line looking like: Christian-Flowers-Roullier-Scherff-Moses Oh yeah .. and we have some of the worst blocking TEs in the league so when we try to give Christian help, Davis or Sprinkle miss or forget to chip the edge rusher. Haskins is not ready for live bullets yet. He will get in at some point but why rush it? To watch him get his knee blown out scrambling for his life and over extending plays bc he feels pressure to produce? This season is sunk, lets not damage our 2020 season doing stupid stuff like rushing in our young QB who started 14 games in college. Let Haskins rep with the ones during the bye week later in the season then let him start. |

Yeah rumors are Colt is the actual backup so wtf does Jay even mean here? I think he really doesn't care for rookie Qbs and is hell bent on starting DH |

He can work on his footwork in practice, he also was too reckless in pre season when it came to protecting himself. The later gets him on I.R. the way the offensive line is now. The Redskins are averaging less than 3 yards a carry and under 50 yards a game rushing. The defense is terrible. Right now isn't the time to put what you hope is the future of the franchise in at QB, especially one with only a year of college starts under his belt. |

I hear ya, you can only get NFL experience .... by playing in NFL games. He will get starts, looking at schedule and this shit show I really believe having him prep with the ones during the bye week is the best bet. Start him now, he then gets destroyed by the Pats. Start him for the Dolphins game, he then immediately has a short week where the team has to partially install the Vikes game plan while prepping for the 49ers. Both are really good defenses. Waiting until the bye week so he has 2 weeks to prep for the Jets makes so much sense to me. 7 games he would get to start if they until the bye. Putting him before then seems knee jerk and potentially long term damaging. |
Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
i just want him in so gruden can shut the fuck up about fucking colt mccoy. and of course so he gets experience but who knows what will happen. if he gets destroyed by the pats (who doesnt?) so what? - take your lumps, build your character or if ya cant? maybe youre in the wrong profession. of course Im speaking mentally, not physically - dont wish the kid to get hurt never that!

In March, this is what Jay Gruden said about drafting a QB at 15:
"There is no developmental process here. This is not Triple-A baseball, we’re not trying to develop a pitcher here." |

Whether or not this happens exactly as described, there is truth here. JG knows by now that he will not be riding into the future with Haskins, and he also knows that 6 years of trying to operate under BA and DS are more than any human can tolerate. His middle fingers are cocked and ready to fire. I feel for him, even though he’s a mediocre HC. |

Somebody will get fired if the Skins lose to NY but it wont be JG. JG knows he wont be coaching Haskins next year and because of that he can resist the pressure from DS & BA to put him in there. JG knows with the O-line and the rest of the offense being bad he will get killed in there. I think on some level JG is telling himself that he isn't going to be the one who ruins this kid's career by playing him when he's obviously not ready. |

There were rumors that Jay did not want to draft DH at 15 because he felt the team didn't need a rookie 1st rd QB and if u look at Jays history as a HC when has he ever groomed a young QB to take over? It doesn't happen. |

like i keep saying, jays a moron - colt fucking mccoy and case keenum are not taking this team to the playoffs dude, youre not that great of a coach to think you can work with qbs of this caliber and succeed |

1. I dont think Jay ever got a chance to really pick his QB. He inherited RG3 and Kirk Cousins and I think if he (and McVay) did get to choose, they would have chosen someone in the mold of Kirk. A quick read, quick throw type with anticipation and touch. 2. Jay and McVay groomed a 4th round QB into a top 15 QB who is one of the highest paid. (we dont need to rehash Kirk arguments, his play this year or whether he was worth the money etc) Jay is a better coach then he gets credit for imo. Im not saying he is a great HC but hes better than Snyder and Bruce deserve imo. |
Re: How Long Will Jay Gruden Last This Season as Head Coach?
Shanahans/Mcvay groomed cousins, jay just got him in the middle of his rise and halted/stopped it - kirk stopped improving under jay alone, may have even regressed
hes a shit HC, and his play calling the last few years tells me hes an avg OC - get this dude the fuck outta here. But please, no sooner than manusky cuz thats the biggest train wreck at the coaching level, prior to starting colt mccoy over haskins greg manusky is the worst thing about this staff right now |
