Re: Around the League Wildcard Week
Lets get one thing straight, McCarthy was told the only way you would have the opportunity to be the Cowboys Coach is Jerry and Junior hold all the power.
Period
I think our biggest hope lies on Jerrah continuing to run the Cowboys into the ground. McCarthy has been saying all the right things, that he spent a lot of time away from the game reevaluating his approach, now he wants to beef up the analytics staff. We'll see if it works but I don't think anyone should underestimate the Cowboys simply because we hate them. |

Re: Around the League Wildcard Week
Looking forward to see which team Josh McDaniels is either going to back out of at the last minute or run into the ground.

Re: Around the League Wildcard Week
It looks like McVeigh is considering Joe Barry to replace Wade Phillips. Barry is currently a Linebackers coach for the Rams.

Re: Around the League Wildcard Week
Looking forward to Minny @ SF. Garrapolo v. Cousins at his point of the postseason intrigues me. Minny is tough when Cook is healthy. Will be fun.

Re: Around the League Wildcard Week
Didn't want to post this in a Skins thread and definitely doesn't warrant it's own thread, but Joe Barry must be one hell of a salesman...
Per Lindsey Thiry... Per source, Joe Barry has turned down an offer to become USC's defensive coordinator and has signed a new contract to remain Rams assoc. head coach and LB coach. |

Kind of a different situation than coaching pros, as USC usually gets pretty good athletes. Pretty sure being a defensive coordinator at USC is a lot easier job than with the Redskins. |
