Why should EB agree to anything just to keep his job as the OC here? He didn't come here to be the permanent OC in Washington. He came here to prove himself as a HC candidate. If Ron is fired and EB is passed over as the new HC, I think he'll leave.

I agree with you. Sam's progress is so rapid we shouldn't mess with the coaches who are helping him develop his skillset.

Sam just needs to keep playing well and the rest will take care of itself. It doesn't help that he's the QB of a team w/ a losing record.

It's either HC or bust for EB. Besides, after this year he may have other opportunities to be a HC.
