BA may be the real d bag one, and yes Gruden has dealt with more injuries than most coaches do over a decade. However he is also a lousy play caller and a lousy motivator. The penalties are a complete sign of the lack of detail that he coaches with. He is never ready after a bye, or for a second half.

Don’t forget shitty play in week 1, this year being the exception.how he has never really had the team prepared after 4 preseason games is beyond me.
