Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
What gets me is women football coaches... roll eyes.
Or the girl kicker in college football. Just a bunch of garbage. |
Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Still work to do. Progress takes time and is often met with resistance along the way.

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
The nfl better watch out .. how dare they have actual competition and pick the most qualified player .. how dare they reward the person that works the hardest and makes the most sacrifices for the job ... I feel a lot of skinny ass slow people like me got jilted 😳😀... anyways it’s a joke but makes you think about the business model the league has actually works to make each individual team as good as they can be UNLESS somebody who is not qualified tries to make decisions... hmmmm Dan you listening?? 😀😀

Woman coaching or in roles with the org doesn’t bother me at all
But because i follow science and understand biology, no woman can compete or should be allowed to compete in the NFL. It’s why we have lady’s tees in golf and why 15 year boys old soccer team beat the us female US national team in a friendly |

The one deterrent there would be kickoffs but once the nfl does away with them female kickers could join the nfl without a competitive loss. Sent from my SM-G973U using Tapatalk |
Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Personally, I wouldn't want to see a female kicker get blown up by a NFL D-lineman, or a NFL (insert position here)... Nobody wants that right?
It doesn't happen often, but it does happen... |
WFT's Off-Season Thread
I wrestled in highschool. One time i had to wrestle a girl. I remember thinking oh man I am going to have to take it easy on her. I quickly realized that she was not just going to roll over and gave her the respect of my full effort. I will say that I wrestled other guys that seemed weaker and less skilled. That being said I do not think a woman will ever play in the NFL. Hell most guys on Earth cannot play in the NFL because they would get killed. I dont think it is a knock on woman. We are talking about the top one percent of physical athletes in the world. Kicker - different story. I think a strong woman would be as able to take the limited hits kickers take as some of the guys.
As for coaching or roles with the team have at it. You do not have to play the game to understand it. |

The men we see as NFL kickers are still solid athletes. Skill-wise, Becca Longo probably has/had the best shot to be the first to make it to the NFL as a kicker since we haven't seen taht Vanderbilt girl actually attempt a meaningful kick. She clearly has the leg for it...but honestly, do you see her surviving a big hit? Kickers are targeted on blocked kicks and when a returner busts a return. I don't want to see what happens. None of us probably would either. No reason a woman can't be effective in this role too. In terms of playing the game though?? Men are stronger than women. That's just a fact. In the single year 2017, Olympic, World, and U.S. Champion Tori Bowie's 100 meters lifetime best of 10.78 was beaten 15,000 times by men and boys. 15,000 times. So stop with this "women can kick like men". They can't. |
Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
How about we back up a sec, people jumping the gun like women are banging the door down trying to play. Yikes.

Exactly. So many men getting their panties in a bunch over all of this is ridiculous. |
Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
Ha, well we just need to make sure our shoes have good grip when balancing on a slippery slope

Re: WFT's Off-Season Thread
No one seems to be "banging down the door" (yet), but it was brought up - the possibility of female kickers joining the NFL - so I think people are just sharing their thoughts on the possibility.

Lois Einhorn could do it. |
