Snagging Chase Young at 2, and having a 2nd round pick would feel like Christmas right now.

@BurgundyBlog The following is a fringy, unconfirmed rumor, so take it FWIW. I'm told by a new source with a convincing connection to the #Browns that a trade for Trent Williams is "done," with #Redskins expected to receive a 3rd or 4th in 2020 and a 2nd in 2021.

I could live with this ...

Picks next year, after RR has a year with this team, and considering how abbreviated the contact with this draft class has been for all teams, could prove to be better for us in the long run.

And .. as has been said many times here ... we're looking at more than a one year turn around.

I’m guessing the 2021 2nd is conditional if Trent signs an extension with the Browns.
