Nope

He was a guy Shanny BA and I would assume Morris liked. He had two years on a WR core that was sub par to prove he was worth something. He didn't time to move on...

I think is was a smart move to resign Brandon Merriweather. I also think we should sign Ryan Clark to a 1 yr. deal for the right price.

a vet min contract only counts 500k against the cap i do believe. and what he gets isn't important to anyone except danny and BM. his cap number is all that matters to anyone else.

it appears moot, Clark was offended by the offer, and I doubt the Skins get him

Is it because he would have to set an example as an NFLPA leader by not accepting a contract he deems to be less then market value or he feels its just not worth it at this point?
