I rather like that last sentence. If the rest of his output had demonstated the spirit that is captured in those four words, he might have received more acceptance. Shagging is british for sex. Hooking is shagging for money.

Tart = prostitute. In this joke the reference being that, once the prostitute started hooking again, she became a tart for the second time. Thus, she was RE-tarted. The otherwise football irrelevant reference was simply meant as a humorous play on words involving the poor spelling used by ridexile in various posts.
