Rogers is not where he should be considering he was the 9th overall pick. But maybe he never should have been that in the first place. I think when it comes to development, we all got spoiled by how quickly Champ developed into a top notch CB. Rogers is only through two seasons, and guess what, he's not Champ Bailey. Maybe it's just taking more time for him to develop. He could still be a top flight CB in this league.

Last year he did get burned his fair share and dropped INTs. I'm not making excuses for that. But he also did have to cover for other deficiencies in the secondary. Let's see what he can do in GW's adusted scheme.

Besides, getting rid of Rogers makes no sense from a cap standpoint. Might as well let him show what he can do this season.

All of you doubters out there MARK MY WORDS! Carlos Rogers is going to explode this year, Smoot will still lead the team in INT's, and Springs will be the Nickle when healthy; once everything is all said and done! IMO we have 3 #1's not 3 #2's.

It's lonely on my limb, but that's the way I like it.

I pray daily that Springs stays and leads us to a championship under the 2nd tenure of Gibbs!

We will have a great secondary with Springs, Smooooot, Rogers, Landry and Taylor!

Kick Ass to be exact. Take Springs outta the equation and we'll have a very different year.

I worry about our DT. I think Carter and Daniels can handle ends but don't know who's gonna produce at DT...
