Raymond McIntosh (The cashier arrested in the McDonalds beating case) has been released and no charges filed. The two women are still being charged with their crimes.

Good to see common sense prevail in the justice realm.

Yes this makes me happy too. I have almost zero faith in the justice system, and stuff like this makes me think that maybe the system is trying to get better. Good job on the jury for reccomending his release.

I don't think what he did was smart, but he definitely had reasons for doing what he did. Was he slightly excessive? Yes, but in the heat of the moment sometimes you make rash decisions, and if some crazy bitches were attacking me I'd have to go defensive too.
