I'm so high on that kid Dustin Hopkins. He has a chance to become the greatest kicker we've ever had..

In 1982 Mark Moseley was the AP NFL Most Valuable Player, the only special teams player ever awarded that honor. Don't think we'll ever see that again... And I think Hopkins is and will be a great player for us. We drafted Chip Lohmiller in the second round (!) in 1988. Worked out pretty well though, he was a great kicker for a umber of years. |

That was a good article on A. Morris's problems in his hitting the right hole, and other aspects of his running style this season. He also seems to have lost a half-a-step. Although the running game has gone down hill I think part of the reason is because of the absence of DeSean Jackson. Teams are playing us with 8 in the box and daring KC to beat them with long ball. When DeJax opens the long-distances games, our running game will open up also. |
