Re: Around the NFL Week 3
Some things never change, isn't Bryant McKinnie the guy in the love boat scandal that was getting head at the bar?

K which one would we rather see? Flynn or Pryor? |
Re: Around the NFL Week 3

Why? |
Re: Around the NFL Week 3
Cause he died in 1959. Jk i think TP would cause problems for the D with him and Mcfadden running all over the field. At least u know where Flynns going to be.

yeah but Mc Fadden had 9 yards tonight if the ESPNthing was reading right? I feel like this is a winnable game for us, and We do need it heading into the bye |
You do remember the Cardinals were 4-0 last year? They won one more game the rest of the season.
The Patriots aren't as good as there record would indicate but there not the worst 3-0 team ever. They will still make the playoffs. Broncos have issues on their OLine and Von Miller is their Aldon Smith with all their offseason problems. I think this year more than any other year is wide open.
Yes, what do the 4-0 Cardinals have to do with what I mentioned earlier..? |

The upsetting part of that is the header to the right that says Eddie Royal had 3 TD catches. Wish we had gotten that guy. =( |
Re: Around the NFL Week 3
We are having an unlucky season...this happened just AFTER he torched us.
Detroit Lions receiver Nate Burleson was involved in a one-car accident overnight and sustained a broken arm, according to a press release by the team. Burleson will undergo surgery today, and his season appears to be in jeopardy. Detroit Free Press reporter Dave Birkett is reporting that Burleson's accident occurred because a pizza fell off his front seat around 2:25 a.m., which led to the receiver breaking his arm in two places.
Falling pizza causes Detroit Lions receiver Nate Burleson to break arm in single-car accident |

so i'm glad the skins broke another teams horrible streak against DET.

Yep we make guys out to be All-World. Our beloved Redskins have lost at home to 2 teams that were sub-500 last year. What makes anyone think they can win on the road against anyone. Until they actually win a game, they are no better than the Raiders. You are who your record says you are and the Redskins are 0-for the season right now. |

Well that really sucks. He will most likely go on to become an outstanding right tackle for them and we will all be stuck downwind. |

But he was right on a 100% with this. It’s about time somebody be honest,” Smoot said. “Sometimes RGIII can be a brat, alright? Because I’m watching these other quarterbacks and I’m watching how they compose themselves and the things they do. With Luck and Wilson, and it’s a different vibe. Sometimes I’m starting to think that RGIII is really really buying into the attention. But I tell anybody this. The NFL will humble you. And I think he’s going through that humbling process right now as we speak.” |

Is there any plans to bring up Chase? I seriously think he could do a better job than Wilson and Biggers. |

Xavier was on the practice squad, not roster. Chase is already on PS. |

Smoot is quite the character but not exactly an authority on how someone should conduct themselves IMO. I get it, at 0-3 everyone is ripe for the picking. Sure Griffin is capable of much more, but so is everyone else. |
Re: Around the NFL Week 3
I think Smoot is running his mouth to get attention and get jobs. So it's fashionable to crush and pile on RG3? Smoot first in line. Maybe him and McNabb can get together and blow each other.

He's just a year away from ACL surgery...maybe he's not quite ready for the 53? |
How many shows are there on the Manning's?? Really it gets old
|
Re: Around the NFL Week 3
the thing is, RGIII doesn't play defense. until those guys learn to tackle, we're going to struggle. tackling and coverage are bigger issues by far.
of course griffin and our O playing like last year would help everyone out tremendously. |

Watching Archie's highlights he reminds me a lot of RG3. The elusiveness is nearly identical to Roberts. |

They're more entertaining than a Tom Brady documentary would be. "Tom Brady: Patriots and Pedicures" Others: "Ben Roethlisberger: Age Don't Mean a Thing" "Aaron Rodgers: Maximizing Insurance Discounts While Growing a Beard" "Colin Kaepernick: Ball Thugs and Harbaugh" "Matt Schaub: Who Taped Dora Over My Game Tape?" |

https://twitter.com/AdamSchefter/status/382847696241176576 Yeah, his time is pretty much over. Decided that partying and being the man on the club scene is more important than keeping your job as a starter. He's regressed and it shows by his worth ethic. Sucks to see such talented guy waste it with foolishness. |
