Are you talking about ESPN 3D or the Shanahan deal.
LOL. Both :) And (I'm 90% positive) Jeff Goodman |
Dude, Shanahan was 8-5 in the playoffs. Again, he won 8 games in the playoffs.
You cannot say Shanahan didn't win in the playoffs. Once again -- check the trophy case. Shanahan: 2, Cowher: 1 Advantage: Shanahan.
Not to be a dick, well maybe, but you all forget Shanahan was a part of 3 SB's. He won 2 as a HC, 1 while he was the OC in Denver. I don't know about you but I count it. He was an intricate part of helping the team win. Instead of being the QB coach. So to me it's 3 SB's to 1 SB. Unless I missed Cowher winning a few more as a coordinator somewhere? |

Though I think the debate centers around the comparisons of Cowher and Shanahan as head coach. Look, neither of these guys are perfect. Both of them have some dents in their armor just like anyone else. I just couldn't disagree more with BHA who thinks that Cowher is far and away better than Shanny. |

Glad the wait is over and we have a true leader in place. I'm ready to rally around Shanahan hoping he can return this franchise to respectability.
