Re: Cousins Saga 4.0. Is he done in DC?
That's not even remotely true. It's clear you don't watch Eagles games. I live here, so when I'm not catching the Skins on the ticket, it's the Eagles on TV.
He avoids hits and sustains them as well as anybody. The injury to his knee was a freak thing - he dove towards the goalline and had two players converge on it in mid air from opposite sides.
U just made my point, all I was saying is eventually it catches up to u. I know he avoids hits but he also lowers his shoulder or dives for first downs and tds too. That is how he got hurt lol, RG3 got hurt the same way against Baltimore, so I don't see what you are trying to say here, apparently he's invincible? "I discussed the hit with our digital sports editor Noah Frank, and we both immediately drew parallels between the Wentz hit and the now-famous hit former Redskins QB Robert Griffin III took against the Baltimore Ravens in December 2012. Almost to the day, both former No. 2 overall picks took hits to the leg on a scramble, both men saw their legs bend awkwardly, and both men tried to press on and play anyway." Hmmm exactly |

Maybe more Andrew Luck then? But not as extreme obviously |

Hmmm exactly
jsarno? is that you? You just highlighted the ONE HIT that got him hurt as if it's proof that he's likely to get hurt. The aggregate of anecdotal evidence is not data. He doesn't take the shots RG3 did, and when he does get hit, he's a big dude so ends up shrugging a lot of them off. The appropriate comparisons would be Roethlisberger and Andrew Luck. Nobody complains about their penchant to get hurt. |

Re: Cousins Saga 4.0. Is he done in DC?
I love how Albert Breer throws out speculation that Cousins would consider signing with the Browns and now all of a sudden it's a rumor that has legs.
LOL If he did, it would be a direct contradiction to what he's been saying, that it's a balance between compensation and winning. |
Wentz is good, but he benefited for the 3rd highest rushing offense in the league and a defense mightly improved from Jim Schwartz.
Not taking away from Wentz, but he got a TON of help.
Exactly, that is why I don't think it is cut and dry that we keep Kirk. Kirk working with the same bunch of scrubs he has now isn't going to really pay us dividends, and the D still needs an upgrade all over the place. Off topic, but heavily related, when do they decide to increase the salary cap? I read awhile back that they were really going to up the ante, and if so my issue with resigning Kirk is moot! |

Hopefully its not until after he is resigned. |

There's nothing there imho, of course he's not gonna say "The Browns??!! You kidding me? Fuck 'em I want to win!"... |
Re: Cousins Saga 4.0. Is he done in DC?
I dare say they could maybe have more ammunition than we'd think. Look at all those picks they have stockpiled. Could be a compelling argument to Kirk.

Stop, it’s the Browns, there’s probably not a worse situation in all of sports |

I will say they have a good line and a good RB Duo but it is CLEVELAND we are talking about, I would be shocked if he went there |
