Let's not forget, the debate about whether being negative about the Skins makes one less of a fan is as old as this site. And people always cursed, at least to my memory. And people have been beating the Brunell sucks horse since at least October 2004, and starting too many threads about it. Also, it seems like the mods have become much more aggressive lately in regulating the content of this site and the behavior of its members, and that's been for the better.

I think that's a good point. The good ol' days certainly weren't always as rosey as some may want to believe.

The difference now is we've grown significantly, that means more newbies, more traffic, more threads and more rehashed topics. The issues we're experiencing have always been there, they're just magnified now.

The only thing that's for sure is we'll continue to "fight our guts out" to make this an enjoyable place for all. And everyone needs to contribute towards that.

I haven't been reading 90% of the posts in the Locker Room for about 4 weeks now. Instead I have been trolling the parking lot. It just seems like most posts in the LR lack substance. I'm not sure how anyone can blame this on the warpath staff. Certainly the Redskins losing doesn't help but that's no reason to bitch and moan about every little thing. Hopefully things will get back to normal and everyone who isn't happy will comeback next year.

Unfortunately that's how the board tends to go. Losing brings more traffic, more complaints and more redundant topics. Everything is a problem when the team is losing right down to what jerseys they wear.
