He's a huge boom/bust pick. His ceiling is higher than anyone in this draft IMO, and that includes Joeckel and Fisher.

The problem is his floor is super-low too.

I didn't like that pick either. Manuel is such a project. There were more polished guys that I think are more pro ready.

I agree.

It's fine that you like Manuel, but I'm pretty sure you could've traded 16 down to 30 and picked up 2 2nds and still gotten him. Or another 1st next year or whatever. The key is not to make that horrible reach IMV.
