Cult, are you at training camp today? how bad is it? |
Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
Asked if injury was serious- Orakpo replied, "nothing too serious"
Via- @zacboyer WE good |
Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
@granthpaulsen: Left practice early. RT @ZacBoyer: Mike Shanahan said Brian Orakpo has a bruised right quad. So, apparently, nothing too serious indeed.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
Orakpo seems to have inelastic muscles, ligaments, tendons etc. Constantly susceptible to tears, bruises etc. I wonder if he'll play a full season anytime going forward.

Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
Rak was a rock his first 3 years in the league.
Sounds like this quad bruise isn't a huge deal. It's football, guys get banged up. |
Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
10+ sacks this season and countless QB pressures making Kerrigan's job much easier as well

Why yes, yes he did.
A back up, rookie safety gets hurt, and people are already acting as if we lost a starter for the year. Chill people. And I think our starters are meriweather and Rambo.
Orakpo bumps his leg and people are alreading acting as if we lost him for the year. Just saying. |

I effing hate the off-season, the preseason though, you do start seeing the team take shape. I could do without the 4th game, but, games 1-3 I like to see the development. |

I wouldn't say I hate it, but I'm not a big fan of it either. It's good for the guys fighting to make the roster, but I don't feel the quality compares to the regular season. |
Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
Rak's career is clearly over. No one in the history of the game has recovered from a thigh bruise. We should treat Rak as the thoroughbred that he is by taking him out back and shooting him. It's the humane way.

I fully concur, why would we prolong the inevitable? Can we at least put him out to stud first? Maybe euthanize him after he's provided future Redskins? |
Re: Redskins Training Camp Thread 3.0
Man, these last two posts were hilarious. Well done fellas
