Yea but he was doing awesome before it happen. He called 90% of the plays in his offense from the line of scimmage before the snap. Not to many QBs do that. Smart Kid, and good arm. I see him turning heads. |
Re: Four Five Six Seven
Well we're not going to know anything about these players until they put the pads on and get on the field. Every year we think our draft is great. But what I like about this draft is there was a plan to draft a certain type of player. We at least finally have a blueprint. Now it's wait and see time...
Ditto. Getting darts to throw at the dart board is a hell of a lot better than giving them away. |

Not all of us are blind optimists. I don't care if Scot is the best GM in the league, if he makes a move I don't like I'm gonna criticize it. None of this lame ass "wait and see" stuff for me. |
Re: Four Five Six Seven
We havent played a down yet.
(with SMC as our GM) Hes an unproven n00b as far as I'm concerned. |
Re: Four Five Six Seven
Here's a quote by Urban Meyer about Evan Spencer that I found on cleveland.com:
"Evan Spencer," Meyer said, "hard for me to say he's not one of our MVPs the way he's playing for us. I know statistically sometimes it might not show up because we spread the ball so well right now, but he starts on kickoff now. He was one of our main guys on punt against Maryland when we had the tackle, that punt return, I just trust him with everything. "It's to the point we're trying to find ways to reward him. That was the one time we threw to him three times, that was all me trying to reward a person that is selfless. Just love who he is right now." |
Re: Four Five Six Seven
I hope Jarrell makes the team, I love his attitude and heart.
Brother’s keeper: It’ll be easy for fans to root for Jarrett, knowing the role he plays in his brother’s life. His 21-year-old brother, Daishawn, has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. He’s also legally blind and requires constant care. When he was in high school, Kyshoen Jarrett used to bathe and feed him. But if he makes the Redskins, Jarrett will be able to help ease the burden on his mother, who must work and then take care of her son |

Dude im just bustin his chops. Lighten up. Lol Edit: criticize all you want we have been lousy for the better part of a quarter of a century. Its understood. Actually it wasnt really busting chops he was definitely the outspoken unhappy one and it seemed like an appropriate response to NC's meme. That being said every draft that has ever or will ever take place is "wait and see". There is no such thing as a sure thing. Whether you were happy or not with the picks you have no choice but to "wait and see".... |

The RGIII trade looked bad at first, but so good in 2012. Now? What's happened to McCloughan's scouting agency, Instinctive Scouting, LLC? Any extra help coming from there to the Redskins FO other than McCloughan?
(snip funny pic)
That's obviously apple juice. OBVIOUSLY! :drink Reading the draft threads has been great, thanks guys. |

Check it out SFREDSKIN
Nice!! I hope Spaight and Jarrell make the team. That Jarrell kid is my hero, did you read about his brother? Not only did we get some tough players, they also have solid backgrounds. |
Re: Four Five Six Seven
I wonder if Spaight is this guy:
This morning, [McCloughan] is consumed with an FBS middle linebacker projected by many to be a sixth- or seventh-rounder. But on a play in which the linebacker sprints to the sideline to make a tackle on a bubble screen, McCloughan sees something others might miss. The linebacker smelled a screen before anyone else and was just fast enough to get to the receiver. "You can't teach that," McCloughan says. He leans forward, quietly rewinding split seconds of the clip again and again.
Scot McCloughan is NFL's best talent scout, self-employed and living on a farm |
