If anyone takes that job, they need to draft a QB and let Russ be the highest paid backup in sports history if the rookie beats him out. I wouldn't take the job if the management told me Russ absolutely has to be the starter.

I do. I believe he'll go the same way of McNabb, Cam, and any other QB that relied on his mobility to provide his game.

Yeah, we still are. As long as Snyder is here, we'll always be a laughingstock. Hopefully that changes soon.
