So was Sanchize lol. Just a bad showing by two supposed upper tier QB's. Boy the Sanchize has regressed this season. Flacco's not bad but he's definitely not playing good this game.
I wouldn't call Flacco or Sanchez top tier also.

Definitely wouldn't call Sanchize top tier either but Flacco is above average, and definitely better than Sanchez.

Greg Cosell compared Sanchez this week to... Rex Grossman.

Funny thing is I think Sanchez still has a long way to go to even reach Grossman's level.

Jets have a passer on their roster with a career passer rating of 146.9.

Triple threat! He's the new Michael Vick minus the off field transgressions.

Mangold isn't going to help their porous rush D.

Funny, I was thinking the exact same thing. Sanchez is more physically gifted, but he just can't stop turning that ball over again and again.

The funniest thing might be (besides my awesome LT joke) is that Flacco's poor performance this game might be a byproduct of Zorn being laid off. Then again Matt Cassel isn't exactly lighting it up in Kansas City.

But he stills make a huge difference on that line as it has been seen today.

If you showed me only the stat line to this game I would have thought they were playing in the middle of a sub zero hail storm. Or at least a monsoon.

Well the Chiefs did manage to beat the Vikes today, but they are shambles and nothing can help that team (except playing the Vikes for the rest of the season).

I'd love to pile on McNabb for the loss today, but I think he played a good game today judging from the stat line. Obviously he didn't play good enough because they lost the game but I think that had more to do with their defense.

So given the way the Lions and Packer are playing, that should be in about two weeks.

so, i got flacco at -5 points, and my matchup has sanchez at -13.4

if sanchez screws up just a little bit more, He'll actually be one of the better players this week. so, i'm a fan.

Yeah he got off to a good start last year (against us especially) when they fired Chilly but he looks overmatched this year. Their worst opponent has been the second half. :laughing-

I'm totally impressed with the Bengals QB Andy Dalton. I really wish the team would have picked him up somehow. He seems to be panning out pretty well. I still like how he throws the ball and how he's not afraid to take the ball and run if need be.

Though I initially liked the pick, I would have preferred a QB in the 3rd round over Hank.
This is a big part of Reid's act -- sitting there after the game and owning up to the loss. Sometimes, it's as if he's reading off a script. But after a while, it starts to ring hollow -- as if he's saying this stuff because he knows it's part of the head coach's job to say it. Fact is, he's not the one missing tackles or fumbling or failing to pick up a blitzing linebacker. He should not be free from blame, of course, but the Eagles' problems are far more basic than schemes or play calls. The Eagles, for all of the dazzling talent they have on both sides of the ball, don't play football very well. And I'm not sure that's something the Eagles' coaching staff, for all of its own considerable talent, can fix in 12 weeks.
Hmmm, maybe you should have stayed in Green Bay, Cullen. Oh, and Asomugha might have second thoughts, considering that the Raiders finally have a good offense. lol

Talk about over priced bunch of bums in Philly.

I think that Charles Woodson is the best all around corner in football.

I love NFL gameday final sometimes.. Mike Irvin and Deion are telling it like it is "I got 25 million dollars in the secondary and they arent stopping anybody, anybody they've given up 10 touchdowns" That ties the league for the most btw guys. Their D gave up 440 yards to the 9ers!

Sniff Sniff you smell that dudes.....? You see this isn't new to us Redskins fans remember when we were supposed to win it all We had Deion and Bruce Smith and all these overpaid free agents. The Eagles went out and went on a shopping spree and got a bunch of egos in that locker room puting up a distraction.

Not just that BUT hey I saw Namdi play against us LIVE I was at that Raiders game like 2 weeks away from Jim zorn getting the Axe Namdi couldn't cover grass and he couldn't tackle anything he let Ganther run all over him. Ask the Raiders for a refund He was overpaid and overrated.

I completely agree that Nnamdi is overrated. Proabably still one of the best corners in the league, but the drama around signing the guy was ridic. Reminded me of the Nate Clements sweepstakes a few seasons back.
